You’re doing everything you can. You reassure them. You do research. You watch every word you say. You cancel plans when it gets bad.

You tiptoe around mirrors, photos, and anything that might trigger a spiral. And still nothing feels like you are doing enough. And even worse, your family members and friends don’t understand why your loved one is suffering.

What you need are answers to your questions, helpful resources, and personalized support from someone who understands BDD and anxiety from the inside out.

ABOUT DR. EVA

I’m Dr. Eva Fisher — a mental health coach and BDD recovery advocate.

I didn’t just study Body Dysmorphic Disorder. I lived it. After personally recovering from BDD, I built the Fear to Courage community. I also facilitate monthly peer support groups to help individuals and their loved ones find a way through.

I’ve helped hundreds of people suffering from this debilitating mental health disorder. I know how deeply it affects everyone in its orbit, not just the person experiencing it. You deserve support too.

WHAT WE DO TOGETHER

In our private 1:1 sessions, we work through:

  • 🧠 What BDD actually is — and why well-meaning responses often make it worse
  • 🔄 How to break the reassurance cycle without withdrawing your love
  • 💬 Communication strategies that build connection without fueling compulsions
  • 🛡 Boundaries that protect your mental health while staying fully present
  • 🆘 What to do in a crisis — and how to support long-term recovery
