Care for Yourself While Supporting Your Loved One with BDD

Hugging heart image

Supporting a loved one with Body Dysmorphic Disorder and anxiety is exhausting, isolating, and heartbreaking — especially when nothing you say seems to help.

You reassure them. You do research. You watch every word you say. You cancel plans when it gets bad. You tiptoe around mirrors, photos, and anything that might trigger a spiral. And still nothing feels like you are doing enough. And even worse, your family members and friends don’t understand why your loved one is suffering.

What you need are answers to your questions, helpful resources, and personalized support from someone who understands BDD and anxiety from the inside out.

Dr. Eva recovered from BDD more than 20 years ago. She understands the pain and anguish BDD causes people with the disorder, along with their family members, partners, and friends.

Does your loved one struggle with fear, anxiety, self-hatred and depression about their appearance? Get personalized support so you can help your loved one without losing yourself in the process.
