Therapists Support Group

Thank you for your interest in joining the Therapists with BDD and/or OCD group!

The Therapists with BDD and/or OCD support group is facilitated by Eva Fisher, PhD. Eva has lived experience of BDD and recovered from the disorder using therapy and medication. The group was co-founded by a therapist who has been living with BDD and OCD for more than twenty years.

The Therapists with BDD and/or OCD support group provides a safe space for therapists to share their experiences with body dysmorphic disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.  Names of participants and personal experiences shared during group meetings remain confidential.

The support group is open to clinicians and therapists who are licensed and/or receiving training to become a therapist. Therapists who treat any mental health disorder are welcome to join.

The group is designed to provide confidential and non-judgmental peer support, where therapists who are struggling with BDD and/or OCD can talk openly, connect and feel heard.

Please fill out the form below to be added to the email list for monthly meeting reminders. The group meets online via Skype on the second Thursday each month for one hour. The meetings start at 9pm EST/7pm MST/6pm PST.
